James POTTER and Margaret PARKER POTTER of Crawford Co., GA

I am a descendant of James POTTER (b. abt 1790 maybe in NC; d. 1848 in DeKalb Co., AL) and Margaret PARKER (b. 28 Mar 1796 in GA or VA; d. 14 Apr 1881 in Union Co. MS.  They had 11 documented children.  I have been in touch with descendants of most of the children.  Would love to find new connections and share data.  Margaret moved with most of the children to Pontotoc Co. MS before the 1850 census.  There is a large PARKER family from NC that moved to the Crawford area.  Trying to connect her.  I have not been able to connect James POTTER with a John POTTER of Hancock Co. GA but strongly suspect one.  According to the census info of some of his children, James was born in NC.
