Hi My name is Kenny Banks.

I am new to this site but am very interested in my Romany side of the family.

I have been looking for info on my family for some time but with no real luck.

My Great great grandparents were Frederick Allum b1881 and Charlotte Light c1883.

It is Charlotte who I can not find a birth for or anything before her marriage in 1901.

I have been told her parents were James and Mary Light.

Charlotte was born in Kent and died in Brighton.

Is there any particular site that would have records for her?

The Romany Race.
This comes from a article that i found on Wikmedia, and thought it would give an insight to those that do not understand how the Romany fit in to history, When i found that i had a Romany connection in my pedigree i wanted to know about the way of the Romany, and this article will i hope help.

to start off with i am looking for info on sarah davis who was born glos about 1824 and married robert hughes who was born in honiton in 1818.his perants were also robert and mary hughes.both sarah and robert are buried in honiton parish church aswell.
