I have a list of my favourite sites on my own webpage, so rather than retyping, I'll just give the URL http://homepages.ipact.nl/~robertson/sources/index.html

Then there's the Internet Archive, where libraries are making scanned copies of their out of copyright books available for free download here http://www.archive.org/details/texts. You do need a fast connection to download the whole books, but it's amazing what they have. For example, if you have Church of Scotland Ministers, try searching on "fasti scotland".
There's 9 volumes, divided by Synod (and thus roughly regional).

Thanks Lesley for adding more sites for others to access including your own
