Comment by Terri O'Connell on July 12, 2009 at 7:39pm: I have tried to get going on SL, and I am having problems. When I go to download the software, it asks for my personal info and I added it. THe next page states it will send me an email to verify my info and to wait, it could take awhile. So, I have been waiting for about 3 hours. Is it me or is anyone else having problems?
