Smith Family of Fayette, Tenn

Looking for any information on family of William (Willie) P Smith born about 1848 maybe in Ireland. Died in Bolivar, Tenn about 1896.  His wife was Sarah born in North Carolina.  He and Sarah had at least 5 boys all born in Fayette, Tenn area.  They are found in 1880 Cenus but death of Willie P Smith is a mystery, also a mystery his parents or siblings.  Sarah and 4 of his children came to live in North Carolina by 1900.  If information on this man before his wife and children came to North Carolina would be much appreciated.
