Need assistance

I have currently hit a wall at the San  Miguel Arcangel cathedral in Mexico, Distrito Federal, Mexico where my 6th G Grandfather married Antonia De Benabides on 26 Jul 1691.  I need help in finding out his date of birth and who his parents were.  If anyone can help please let me know.  I am willing to share and help anyone
