Did you notice Triesbach spelling?
You can fully view and read entire book in GOOGLE BOOKS. The title is "Warrantees of land in the several counties of the state of Pennsylvania. 1730-1898"

Also check the "Pennsylvania archives" in GOOGLE BOOKS.
