This site has tons of Surnames with each group in the table of contents. John Tippet has documentation for his information and it is listed on the site. I found that you might have to use the 'Find' feature on your browser when looking for a name on a page, but there is some great info here.( On a personal note John has helped me out with a few of my Clermont Co. families, he has a lot of resources.)
