Virginia Masters: Littleton & Piggot

I haven't done any research on these two surnames from Accamack and Northampton Counties for some time. I am researching two slave families, Carter and George. I have a lot of information on them, but there are a couple items still missing. 

1. 1640 ship manifest where Paul Carter and wife Hannah were imported,
2. Plantation records for Littleton's Nandua Creek and Magotha Bay Plantations.

If anyone knows how to locate these, if they still exist, I would be very grateful!
