Looking for Mitchell Gifford Wade descendant

I am looking for a male Wade descendant of Mitchell Gifford Wade born 1832. I would like to compare the DNA of that line with my William Thomas Wade. Some have said they were brothers. I did not find them on the 1850 census together. They both married Swafford sisters. I understand that is a or was a ‘Wild Bill Wade’ living in Kern County CA who was a descendant. Any help would be appreciated.
