Foster Surname - Upshur County Area

Hi. I grew up in and around Lumberport. Surnames include Foster, Cottrill, Bennett, Hinzman, Leggett, Buckey...

I've done pretty well with research from a distance, I've lived in Florida for 10 years, but I've hit a wall with the Foster side. Foster's were from Uphsur County area. I've made it as far back as my gg grandfather, John Foster. John married Daisy Buckey and died around 1900. She remarried Thomas Bennett and I can find little information at all on my great grandfather George Foster. He married Carrie Bennett and died somewhere around 1962. The information I have found is from Daisy's obituary that I was lucky enough to stumble upon! Anyone else researching this line?
