David Williams, Patriot (Revolutionary War) and Descendant of Guilliam Cornelis of Wallon

Hello All,

I wanted to share some of my Williams Genealogy.

The farthest back I can go on this line is to a Guilliam Cornelis of Wallon. Eventually this leads to my ancestor David Williams who captured Major John Andre during the War. Many of his ancestors were Dutch and are recorded in the Old Dutch Church of Sleepy Hollow. At the time of the War, David was in N.Y. with most of his family.
