Conklin

I have hit a brick wall with my Conklin line. Martha Conklin was born about 1796, according to census records. About 1818, she married Thomas J. Patterson (Pattison in one record) and her daughter Olive was born Nov 1824 in Mayville, NY. The family moved to Batavia, NY when Olive was 4, according to her obituary. Thomas died 27 October 1831 in Batavia, according to the local paper. Martha married John Nesbitt of Hilton, NY late in life.
I have had no success in finding information about Martha's lineage, nor of her children other than Olive. Does anyone have a clue about this line of Conklins?
