    I know almost nothing about DNA lines but I think it is necessary to have male lines? My Ham connection is through Philip Ham's daughter Salome.

    My Mother's maiden name is Hamm, her father's name was Ralph Anzie Hamm, hs father was Wiley Anzie Hamm and his father was Henday Bllie Hamm...are you from the same Hamm Line...I know they came from Germany and was told that there were 6 brothers and they split up and three went to NC and three went to TX...thanks for all your help...Clara
