Jacob Smith married Mary Shockey. her brother is John Shockey. Mary and Jacob had a daughter Hannah she had Elizabeth with John Shockey. Elizabeth Smith married Jacob Marion Smith grandson of Jacob and Mary. So John Shockey is great uncle to Henry Jefferson Smiths father Jacob Marion Smith.
