The Buchhorn family from Eastprussia to Lower Saxony

The roots of my family are located in Eastprussia. Eastprussia is a north-east region of Poland today. My great-grandfather Karl Buchhorn and his brother Wilhelm Buchhorn went with their families against end of the 19. century to the Brunswick area where we still live today.
