Impromptu Wedding Night of Robert C DePrez and Diana A Kerr

12 Feb 1951 at "The Hitching Post" in Las Vegas, Clark, Nevada, USA.

This was their first date; they were bowling with friends: Jack and Addie (also pictured). Bob told Di that he would take care of her forever, she'd never have to work a day in her life, etc; if she'd marry him that night..She agreed, and they both left notes in the middle of the night at the homes of their parents, my grandmother had to find and buy a dress, as she was in pants (because they were bowling).. The only option was what she calls this ugly brown dress from J.C. Penney's..They were married that night and were happily married until my grandfather's death in 1992.
