Lucretia Morning Rhoden Hightower and Thomas Hightower of Old Barnwell District of South Carolina, but, now Bamberg County.
Thomas Hightower was in Company I, 5th South Carolina Cavalry for the Confederate States of America.
Both Thomas and Morning are buried in the Ghent's Branch Baptist Church's Cemetery near Denmark, South Carolina.
