James A Horne ~ GGG Grandfather

I have heard he was a Sheriff in Monroe, Union, North Carolina (have not confirmed) which means is son Jefferson Perry Horne and Perry's son Benjamin A Horne who were Sheriffs of Union County (this is confirmed) followed in his footsteps.
