Ralph Ringer Sr.'s 2nd family. His 2nd wife's name is Laura Ann Frank. Their children in this picture are Vera(lower right),Richard-boy standing,Gladys-little girl in front of Laura, and Leo? Ringer. This picture may have been taken in Jamestown NY. Before the 1930's.
