Thomas Hole (b.1836,England) arrived in Victoria in 1860 with a consignment of stock for Thomas Austin of Barwin Park, Winchelsea, Victoria, Australia, where he was employed as a groom for many years.
Thomas Hole built a stone house on land adjoining Barwin Park.
He died after a severe asthma attack while visiting his daughter (Mrs, Cromer) at 45 Percy Street, Chilwell, Geelong in 1917 , aged 81 years. He married Mary Anne Gladman, daughter of William and Rhoda Gladman.
He was my Great Grandfather.
