I'll see if I can get my tree exported from Ancestry.com. Most of the work is up there. I pulled the plug on the account for the summer since my free time is next to nothing right now.
My father, James Thomas Wolfe was born December 17th, 1963. He passed away in 1982 in Cumberland, Maryland from injuries related to an earlier motorcycle accident that happened six months prior. My brother Shawn and I (twins) were about 9 months old. We are his only children. My father was living in Mt. Savage/Cash Valley MD when the accident happened.
His parents were James Thomas Wolfe, born 1922, d 1987 and Lucy (Lewis) Wolfe, born 1927, d 1979. I can find a lot of info on the Lewis family going back to New Jersey (way back!), but my data on the Wolfe's ends pretty much with my grandfather. I know he served during WWII, but I can't get his records because they only give them to next of kin and not grandchildren.
I found some info on my great grandfather, James Wolfe - 1887-1961, wife Carrie Cook 1879 to 1970. I am unsure of my great-grandfather's middle name, and the data about him may not be accurate. The records seem to stop hard there, I'm guessing partially due to the courthouse fire in Moorefield (or so I'm told). The name is so common as well that it is hard to tell who is who.
They are all buried in Baldwin Cemetery near Moorefield, WV. I've been up there a few times. Many of the stones only have years - no dates.
I can give you names of my aunts and uncles as well, but I'd prefer to do that privately.
I have DNA up on Ancestry as well if you are familiar with that... Maybe we are linked there?
