I found something interesting in the Topeka Kansas City Directory 1927. WV Demoss was a cook at Kansans State Hospital where he was a roomer, and a Letha Demoss was also a roomer at Kansas City State Hospital and was listed as a corp.?

You also stated that Tinsa was only on the 1900 census and then disappeared. Actually, Tinsa is Leona's first name (she went by her middle name). My great grandmother was Arzilla Ann. My father Merton was married after her husband Merton. I have some lovely pictures of them and their family. They actually had another daughter (my great aunt) named Rachel who is still living. Ruthie Opal died very young as did Wilma.

I would appreciate any information you might have on the family further back than Robert William's father John.
