Hi Beth,
My name is David and my surname is Owen - I have a marriage certificate of Joseph ( or Joe ) Haines , his father was a Robert williams married to a Margaret Williams he was born in Peterborough in 1844 , and she was born in 1845 - this was my great grandfather , and the marriage certificate was for the 22 nd of November 1916 .
They lived at 19 Clarke Street , Caernarfon by this date of marriage however , he was registered as deceased at the time on the certificate and his job was stated as Warehouse foreman.
I ahd seen you`r page here whilst waiting for confirmation of my acceptance on the site , and I noticed as well that you too were looking for a Robert Williams and Margaret Williams from Leeds , however after doing further research have found that two of their children were born in Manchester in the area of Lowe .
