I talked to my Cousin and she did not immediately know of Sophie Friedrich. She asked me if you know any of the other family members around her. Do you know if Sophie had siblings. Do you know if her father had siblings. Do you know where they came from?

I am related to a Friedrich family from Germany. I think they came from a small town called Duderstadt.The settled in California in the Ventura/Oxnard area and farmed for a few generations. Are your Friedrich relatives all in Germany? My grandmother was Margaret Friedrich. Her father was Adolph, and immigrant in the 1880's. Adolph's father was Franz Joseph. Ignatz was Franz Joseph's father.
