We live about 10 miles west of Windsor, which has been lovingly restored, just recently, by a wealthy family that owned multiple car dealership. They are big into horses too... and are growing grapes on the land.
We also know George Carter Lee, a direct descendant, and a culmination of all those genes being bred over and over again!

Robert Edward Lee, Sr., CSA. Lillian's son, LtCol Robert Henry "Marse" Lee, West Point class of 1912, is buried at the Epis.
