I am a professional historian by trade. I hold a Master of Arts in History and my primary areas of focus in that field are Appalachia, Environmental History, and 19th/20th Century US. I run a research service called "Bridging History" specializing in the Mid-Ohio/Metro Valley area of WV and Boyd/Greenup Counties in KY.
