I don't find either spelling in the online phone book. Perhaps the folks have all moved out or had nothing but female children (lol). It might begin Aulask- or Aunask-, though no names like that either in the phone book.
Assuming it begins with "u" then it would be pronounced either ool-NOWS-kahs or oo-NASK-kahs. The first version looks more likely to me.
