My "brick walls" or earliest record for primary surnames.
Jessie Hodges first record, 1850 census, Searcy County, Arkansas, date of birth March 1829, Tennessee is on most records. Orphaned enroute to Arkansas. Y-DNA test on one descendant matches the "Gold" Crow families.
Jeremiah Mooreborn in Ireland about 1800-1810. First record is marriage 7 Feb 1839 to Martha Morgan by traveling Wesleyan Methodist minister in the area near Cavan. Cavan has been transfered from county to county in Ontario, Canada. Now in Northumberland. YDNA testing on two lines of descendants, closest match is Moher of County Cork, Ireland.
