Hi ... glad you and your husband could come last night to the meeting. Welcome! I'll check out Lockwood Smith and the Platts. I do know that the Platts on Long Island married Smiths. Not sure about the Moodys.

Hi Kim - Thanks for responding. I e-mailed Donna Moffett about Lockwood Smith but haven't heard back from her. Is the Daniel Avery you mentioned, the one in Bradford Co PA? I have some information on him. If thats who you are talking about I will send it to you. Let me know.

Hi Kimberly - I saw where you joined my Avery group. Welcome aboard!! You have some framiliar names in Bradford Co PA. Is Avery one of them? Other members of the group, Donna Moffett and Janet Avery are my cousins. We descend from three brothers, sons of Charles Avery and Lucy West. We would LOVE to find more cousins.
