Thank you Pamela, mine is definitely Dublin, at least according to the English census on which I found him. In view of the lack of information in Ireland what I am trying to build up is a picture of the precise whereabouts of the Binghams in Ireland so that if I decide to go over there I can at least have some idea as to where to look. Thank you again.
Hi Pamela, Many thanks for your reply, do you happen to know if your husband's ancestors actually come from anywhere near Dublin? At the moment I have hit the expected block due to the destruction of the records!
I was looking for Binghams and found you!! My sister married a Graham Bingham and I have traced his tree back to a William Bingham b. 1804 in Dublin who moved to England prior to 1841. I know it's too much to hope you have come across William but may I ask if you Irish connection is in the Dublin area. Many thanks
