From what I understand it is only Y-DNA test for proving Male lineage.
As for Autosomal-DNA(Family Finder test) you can establish a Y-haplogroup but not the genetic markers. FTDNA, Ancestry, and 23andMe all offer this test. I prefer that this test be taken only at 23andMe.com where the majority of us have taken it. Also the database is 10 times as large as all others combined. You can transfer your 23andMe data to FTDNA for $50 as well.
There is a website we also use called www.Gedmatch.com and is completely free. You can compare tests there from all 3 companies for FREE!
