Hello Russell - Did you receive the message I sent to your e-mail address, if you did and you think that your Robert Kerr may be one of the Roberts I sent you, they were from the Auchengree Ker/Kerr Line and I have a lot more I can send if he is from that Line.

Hi Russell - Yes I am able to convert to Gedcom. I have made 3 small Gedcom Files regarding the 3 Robert Ker/Kerrs born around 1748. I would not send our Ker/Kerr complete file as there is about 140 A4 pages with a lot of information not relevant to your enquiry. I am new to this site, am I able to send the Gedcom files in this site or would I need your e-mail address. The reason I had to send the 3 different Gedcoms is that they are from different branches of the Ker/Kerr line, two from the Kersland line and one from the Auchengree Line. I have had a look at the History of the Counties of Ayr & Wigton there is a multitude of good information in that site, thank you for sending it to me.

Hi Russell - Janet has a lot of Robert Ker/Kerrs in her tree the only Robert Ker is one born 25 March 1748, probably at High Fullwood, Beith, Ayrshire, parents John Ker and Elizabeth Pollock. The only other info I have on this Robert Ker is that he died 16 February 1794 at Chittagong, Bangladesh. Another Robert Ker born 24 February 1746 possibly in Beith Ayrshire parents Robert Ker and Jean Morris. Also Robert Kerr born 15 March 1747 possibly at Gatend, Beith, Ayrshire, parents Hugh Kerr and Mary Wilson. I do not have any further information on these Robert Ker/Kerrs other than a lot of information on their ancestors.
