It has links to many of the county groups now, so is an excellent central
point for links round the country, and a focal point for news & discussions
relevant to England.
Hi Stephen
I'll keep a note of your family members that have the same surname as mine. Who knows when new relations come out of the woodwork. You have Benson in your family but I don't really. It is our surname but no relations beyond this generation.

Hi Stephen
Regrettably I haven't been able to connect your family members' members with mine - only the surnames. As they seem to live in the same areas as each other, if we were able to go further back a century or so I'm sure our Sorfleet, Burman, Pogson & maybe Simpson families would be connected.
I do have a GG Uncle Thomas John Burman dead at Boston in 1811 died 1846 at Boston. He was married 1st to Mary Roberts who gave birth in Boston James b. c1833 Boston/ Thomas b. c1836 /Mary Ann 1839. 2nd wife Frances Taylor Evison married 1841 at Hemingsby, but gave birth in Boston to: Fanny 1843 and George Evison b.1845. Thomas Evison was b. April 1847 that was 8 mths after his father died. Any connections here?
I'm starting to put some Lincolnshire photos on my page if you want to view them.
Hi Stephen
We have shared family info on another site a few years ago. I think my GG Uncle Thomas Sorfleet, married to Lucy Coupland may be connected also to you.
I have a GGG Aunt Ann [nee Burman] married to Edward Simpson 1832 at Horncastle. Do you have this Simpson in your tree?
Cheers
