Burr Oak Cemetery, post 2

As the investigation furthers into the Burr Oak Cemetery the police have stated that many people gave the local authorities (Alsip Police) tips on the problems at the cemetery in 2005. Electricians and others reported seeing bones, coffins and broken stones in piles. Why is it that the local authorities did not look into this.

Cemetery Workers dig up graves...

NBC News reported this afternoon that employees at Burr Oak Cemetery in Alsip, IL have been digging up graves and reselling the plots. They stated that there was an area blocked off that they believe have the remains from the graves, plus the tombstones, all piled up. According to the NBS reporters, the owners of the cemetery tipped the police off to what was going on.

My Richmondl ine is actually two - I have the John Richmond (1594-1664) who died in Taunton MA, and his son Edward (1632-1696) who married Abigail Davis. This line is all through SE MA, RI and then eastern CT.
My otherl ine is in Wiltshire in England, and was Richman until James Richman (1821-1912) brought his family to New England in 1856 and settled in Putnam CT.
