The West I'm looking for stared out in IL. He married an Ellis, they lived in Iowa and Kansas. I believe that family had close to 20 children. A set of twins in Iowa, of which one or both died near birth. Other children were in or near Des Moines and in Minnesota. If this is any close resemblance to yours I would like to discuss mine and your findings. I don't have the information close at hand, but could get it very easily.
