Thanks for the info. A couple I've checked out;course that was before I put money where my mouth is....paid Ancestry.com. I tried to respond the Philip Hunt lead and somehow shut off my Hotmail acct, No idea how and why but hesitate to try again. Anyway, Thanks for your offer, I'll let you know if I find anything.
Got your message. I have the names and dates of the family, Richard R. Hunt & Jane Burgess married on 12 June 1826 @ Heckington, Lincoln, England posted on my discussion on Brick Walls. I have a copy of the 1841 Census, Navenby. I would like to find church records of the children's Christenings or Births because Census of NY showed right family but wrong dates. I have 2 death cert. with correct parent listing. Richard R Hunt(son), bap 25 May 1827 Heckington,Lincoln; Thomas A. Hunt b. 22 Jun 1828 Boston, Eng.; William R. Hunt b. 1832 Navenby, Lincoln,Eng.; Richard F. Hunt b.1832 Navenby, Lincoln,Eng.; Burgess Hunt b. 11 Feb 1836 Navenby, Lincoln; Mary Burgess Hunt b. 28 Feb 1838 b.Navenby. Lincoln,Eng. Most records I can get to here, even with Ancestry, don't go back far enough. I certainly will try to get the film # you gave me....cross my fingers it will at least clear up some questions.
