DNA study

I would like to compare DNA results with two Robertson families that may turn out to be the same family.
1. William Robertson that married Abigail Cleveland about 1787 - I believe this is the William Robertson that died in Gallatin county, Ky in 1823.

2. And/or the William Robertson that died in Frederick county, Va. about 1798.
