Belleville, Illinois - Perrin - Parrin - Parron

Trying to find history and burial location of Charles & Elizabeth
Rouge (Nee Perrin or Parrin or Parron) from East St. Louis and
Belleville. 1870 to 1920
It is spelled all 3 ways on family records that I have on my Father
and my Aunt below..

My Father - Charles Leo Rouge b 1900 and his Sister (My Aunt) Lilly
Maria b 1897 were their children. They were placed into St. Johns
Catholic orphanage in Belleville IL when my Grandmother became ill.
I now have the 1910 Census record which shows them at ages 9 & 12
while they were in St. Johns Catholic orphanage in Belleville IL

I am not looking for my Father or my Aunt. I already know where they
are buried.

Yes, I am subscribed to FamilySearch.org which is run by the LDS
Church.

I have searched extensively for Rouge & Perrin.

Any leads or references is appreciated.
