Christmas is Almost Here,

 Christmas is Almost Here

 I have been doing the Advent of Christmas on one of my blogs. I will print it out Christmas Eve and put in folders for the various adult members of our family.

 I think it was a great thing to do so I could share data about Christmas's past. It seems we seldom set around and talk about what we did last year or the year before or ten years ago.  So the younger generation is not getting the information passed down to them to carry on. 

 It seems that parades, football and other events, movie theatre's new movie are the topics of the day.We are lucky when the teens share their school life a bit with us. 

  So when the chance came up to do the Christmas Advent topic I thought it was the best way to pass on some of the past history of our families to our younger generation. I will also send one to my brother and sister for them to have.

  I will share with husband's siblings so they will have a brief history of the family also.

   I am next going to go through photo's and try to  scatter some here and about to make it more personal

   for all those that read it.

  So next year if the topic comes up you may want to do the same thing for your family.
