The BIG question is: “Why isn’t newly verified paper trail ggfather Isaias CORTéS Luciano a yDNA match?
The BIG FTDNA answer is “They are off by 2 markers at the 12 marker level, which is too much genetic distance for the two to be considered a valid match. The ggfather Isaias CORTéS Luciano has a difference of 1 Allele at Locus 2 Dys 390 and a difference of 1 Allele at Locus 4 Dys 391. The higher the number of markers being compared, the more genetic distance allowed. At the 12-marker level, however, the yDNA match must be a genetic distance of 1 or less. The other two (2) yDNA matches 25 marker you referred to on your web page are a genetic distance of 1 and 2 at the 25 marker level.”

My Comment: Thanks u answered my question. We all are sure the paper trail match is 100% accurate, the yDNA of ggfather Isaias CORTéS Luciano doesn’t show a match so far but will match I'm sure with both yDNA tests being fully tested at 67 markers and will match again with an autosome family finder confirming test. There seems to be a need for a full Isaias CORTéS Luciano yDNA test to find the drastic mutations that occurred to delay a yDNA match just three (3) generations away? Were the mutations climate induced? Without a checked-out paper trail, I would still be looking for a yDNA match. Most yDNA people in their verified paper trail searches can only go back certified MDKO only three (3) or four (4) generations and if lucky to six (6) generations.
