I signed up to take the class on Social Networking for Genealogists. A couple of days ago, I received Drew Smith's book, Social Networking for Genealogists, and I have already read the first chapter on RSS feeds, and I am off and running. I have already started my Google Reader page, and have accessed numerous feeds, some genealogy and some political. I suspect that I will have to live very long to read all of these RSS feeds.
The last time I worked ahead in my book was when I was in second grade, and I got sent to the principal's office for that. The next chapter is on tags. I don't think I will be able to manage this class. I do need to clean house and cook meals and see friends, who live near by, and are not necessarily on Facebook-real people who actually sit down with me and talk!
And then there is the book I am writing, and the family history that needs to be put into some kind of format that my descendants will be able to read.
Sigh. So much to do, so little time!
