My Great Grandmother

Lastnight while in a genie chat me and another chatter goto talking about our family and how the women affected them. This made me remember that my mother had told me about her grandmother Phylis Erke who just passed away in September at 101.

When her husband would take the boys out hunting for deer she'd wait for them to leave and then put some feed out on the porch and then watch from inside the living room and when they'd come up for feed she'd shoot them. Great gramps and the boys would usually come home with NO deer only to find a deer hanging the tree and great grandma sitting on the porch like nothing happened! They lived in the woods so she could shoot on her property.
