Picture may be of my great-grandmother

The woman in the middle of this picture may be Ester Stella Liska Peto....my great-grandma.  On the back, very faintly, it says Mrs. Peto.  I think she is surrounded by coal miners and I wonder if one of them near her might be her son John Peto who was killed in a mining accident in 1927. ???
