Success and Thanks, Seminar's Youth Exposure.

The society's Seminar was a success. Thanks to any whom may have attended. I hope to attend one later this year,
Looking forward to being able to award a scholarship next year.

What does your society do with it's funds earned? Do you support your future members with a touch of what Genealogist's or Family Historian's do? Are you aware of the influence your group can have on young people,

We have had youth play a minor to major roll in our Seminars.

Ways to involve youth are:

1. Make signs

2. Work booths at seminar

3. Direct traffic, holding signs as to where to park.

4. Use Scouts, both.

5. Interact with older adults regarding family

6. Exposé teachers to an additional resource, for history, etc

7. Have them share their thoughts on what they learned, being a part of the event.

We learned as much from them as they did from us in the past.

So how do you allocate your earning and does it involve our youth.
