September the thirteenth AD one thousand eight hundred and fifty one eye Deavid Kerr of the township of Elizabetha dn couney of Aleegheny and commonwelth of pensylvenia beaing in frail bodily health and and of sound mind and mature judgment believing and trusting in god doe this day make and publish this my last will and testament as followes
First eye will and direct that as soon after my deceas as my bee convenient that my funeral expences and all my other honest debts bee paid and next eye will and bequeath to my daughter Sarah one hondred dollars to bee paid to her in adition to all she has before received and next eye will and bequeath to my son Samuel Kerr the sum of three hondred dollars and all noates due bill or other evidences of debt held by mee against him at this time and to my son William Kerr eye will and bequeath all my real estait and personal efects of every kind for him and his heirs and asines to hoald for ever for which hee shal pay to my executors such sums of money within one year after my deceas as my bee nessary for carieing out the provisiones of this Will viz, on hondred dollars for my daughters sarah and three hundred dollars for my son Samuel My funeral expenses all my honest debts and all other necessary expenses for the execution of this my last will, And farth eye hearby appoint my son Samuel to bee my Executor having full confidence that hee will justley and fulley carey out all my wishes as above expressed and in testimony of this beaing my last Will and testament eye have hear to set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of September one thousand eight hondred and fifty one in the preasens of the undersighened witnesses.
