I Joseph Kerr of Allegheny Town not insuring but a few days will finish my earthly course - Do now in the name of God amen make this my last will and Testament willing and leaving all that I _______ in this world as follows my just debts being first paid -
First I leave to the students fund of the apouate reformed synad of the West, two hundred dollars to be paid out of the debts due me from St Clair Congregation, and others as my encounters shall thing just - If debts due to me should fail, to be paid otherwise.
Second I leave all my lands and efforts to the use of my wife and children during the life of my wife and at her death I order them to be sold and the proceeds equally divided among my children, deducting for the expense of those who may have received a college education - _____ I thus leave to my daughters personally, I leave to them and for their use during life and subject to their disposal at death - in case my executors shall see it necessary or ______ to sell any of my shares, for ______ or educating my children, I order and will them to do so - and in case my wife is living until my youngest child comes of age thinks _____ to sell my property, that the heirs may get their several shares, I order her to secure a comfortable living, from as much money as will be sufficient to suport her - I appoint my wife and William Kerr Administrators and executors of this my last will and Testament .

Allegheny County - On the 23rd Decem AD 1829 Persoanly appeared Isaiah Niblock and on the 30th Jan 1830 personally appeared David Reynolds who per their solemn oath died depose and say that they were present and did see and hear the Testator sign seal publish.
