Know all men by these presents that I Mathew Kerr of the Borough of New Florence Westmoreland county state of Pennsylvania being of sound disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament Item 1st it is my will that all my just debts shall be paid Item 2nd I will and bequeath to my wife Keziah Kerr all my real estate and personal property absolutely Item 3rd I Ordain and appoint William Bowen Esq executor of this my last will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand seal this 19th day of November AD 1869.
