Genealogy at Sheppard Library in Greenville, NC
Sheppard Memorial Library located in Greenville, North Carolina has wonderful genealogy resources available to assist families to learn more about their ancestry. The goal of this video was to help convey the availability: online databases, microfilm, local history books, books available for check-out, and reference to the Pitt County Family Researchers who meet monthly at the library.
Vintage images were from East Carolina University's Special Collection at Joyner Library. All the photographs were taken in the Greenville and Pitt County area mostly between the early 1950s throughout the 1960s.
