Problems becoming a member of Find A Grave

I would love to become a member of the Find A Grave web site but every time I register and it say an activation code is being sent to my e-mail, there is no e-mail with the code. I would like to leave flowers for my family but am unable to do so. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you remedy it? I have e-mailed Find A Grave to ask what i can do about this problem but have had no response.

Have you checked your spam folder to see if the messages are there?

What mail are you using - browser based? Outlook? Outlook Express? I suspect that your mail might be seeing the domain as spam. I would be sure to add findagrave.com to your address book to be sure your provider will pass the emails through.

just to be on the safe side....double check your email address to make sure you typed it in right (such as having a , instead of a . or con instead of com) or if you have two emails then send it to the other one.

Problem solved. It was in my Yahoo spam folder, not my mozilla, Thunderbird folder. Guess I should of broached my husband with the problem first. He didn't even throw in any "hunting for dead people" jokes! lol.
